Snow in the Desert?

I talked to Chris today, and he told me something interesting. It snowed today in Baghdad. Yes, you read that right, it SNOWED in BAGHDAD. This is a place in the middle of the desert that can reach temperatures of 140 degrees in the Summer, and it snowed. I guess it snowed for almost 3 hours, and it actually stuck until the sun came out and melted all of it. I can just imagine all of the Iraqis wandering around wondering what the heck was going on! What's the world coming to when it snows in the desert?
